SelfChakra is a personal life-organization app. This policy explains what we store, why, and the choices you have. By creating an account you agree to this policy.
SelfChakra is an independent, personal project. If you have any questions about your data, contact the person who shared this app with you. Throughout this policy, "we" refers to the operator of this SelfChakra instance.
Some of this is sensitive (for example mood, journaling, and financial notes). You decide what to enter, and you can delete any entry at any time.
We use your data only to run the app for you: to display your dashboard, save your entries, and show your history and trends. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Your data is stored in Supabase (a hosted Postgres database with file storage). Every record is protected by row-level security, which means each account can only read or modify its own data. Vision-board images are kept in a private storage bucket and shown to you through short-lived signed links.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except the infrastructure provider (Supabase) that stores it on our behalf, and only as required to operate the service. We may disclose data if legally required to do so.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. You can exercise the core rights above directly in the app.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your content is removed from the database. Backups, if any, are rotated on a routine schedule.
SelfChakra is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Please do not use the app if you are under that age.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
